Come along with us as we make our way through EPCOT Food & Wine Festival 2023, gluten free/friendly and with food allergies! In the past, we struggled to find gluten free offerings with all the festivals, not just F&W.  Either there were not a lot of designated gluten free options or we felt bad for asking questions about our allergies and holding up the line while they called a chef.
